The Victorian police service still believe they will not be held responsible for crimes they have committed in the past. The sudden increase in what I interpret as a desperate attempt to demonstrate competence and, as they appear to be continuing to torment me, simply out of revenge because they cannot do anything to me, as I exposed the unidentified man that was a Child Abductor / Rapist, known as "Cool Mr Cruel".
That the police knew the identity of this person to be "one of their own", and kept it a secret, instead of being honest and arresting this man, is not quite known to be true.

I thought it odd that the man did not identify himself by title, nor with him another "officer" to speak also.
I was not sure if he was a police officer, and precautionarily asked him from which station he from, and suspected that he was not an officer.
I told him to fuck off repeatedly, while he continued to try to convince me that he was an officer. I exited the shack and he was not there.
I am of the opinion that the police have disclosed to him my identity and given him permission to impersonate a police officer.

On the city link to Bolte bridge road, above where there is a power point, a light is continually on.
